The composition of the thermoplastic coating is as follows:

(1) Synthetic resin: a derivative of petroleum, hot-melt coatings use the thermoplastic characteristics of synthetic resins

 to make the coatings have fast-drying properties, and the hot-melt type of hot-melt coatings makes the marking coatings 

and road surfaces good Bonding.

(2) Coloring pigments: general thermoplastic coating are yellow and white, so coloring pigments are necessary for hot melt coatings.

(3) Glass beads: Adding glass beads to the paint can improve the recognizability of night markings. The glass beads can refract,

 reflect directionally, and focus light.

(4) Additives: Additives are an important element of antifouling and plasticity of thermoplastic coating.

The thermoplastic coating is composed of resin, pigments, fillers, glass beads, eva / ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer,

 titanium dioxide, quartz sand and other ingredients.

A.The resin is the frame of the entire coating and the film-forming substance of the thermoplastic coating;

BThe pigment is extremely small. Crystal, dispersed in the film-forming medium, insoluble in the film-forming medium, and

 its physical and chemical properties do not change with the film-forming medium ;

C.The filler is a fine granular substance that plays the role of covering and coloring;

D.Titanium dioxide increases the whiteness of the coating and affects the appearance and weather resistance;

E. Glass beads: reflective material, improve the identification at night, and improve the brightness and durability of the marking.

TIPS: When preparing raw materials of thermoplastic coating, it is necessary to adjust the formula according to the climate of different regions; 

otherwise, some thermoplastic coatings are prone to cracking or softening after scribing.
