Process Flow:

Raw Material Preparation :

All the raw material stone be crushed and grinding, then selected qualified size and stored in silo.And all dust will be collected by pulse collector machine and cyclone dedust machine ; at the same time ,the wet sand should be drying then stored in silo ; the cement powder will be pumped by bulk powder car into the silo .

Transferring &Weighing& Mixing Raw Material:

Different powder material transferred by screw conveyor into storage hopper on fourth steel platform , the additive powder also lifting into storage hopper by bucket elevator. Then materials will be discharged into weighing hopper on third steel platform ,after scale,and all material dropped into mixer on the second steel platform for uniformly stirring.

Packing of end product :

The mixed mortar will be dropped into the end-product hopper first . The auto packing machine installed under of the end-product hopper to improve the packing capacity.Then valve port packing machine work off ,the full bag will be transferred  to warehouse by belt conveyor.

Features of this project :

This plant was comprised of ball mill grinding line , sand drying line and dry mix mortar line.

Reasonable design and layout make the plant efficient performance .

Automatic PLC control system to realize lower labor cost and help user high profit.
