Process Flow:

Drying

The wet sand first should be loaded in wet material hopper by forklift ,then the wet sand discharged on the first belt conveyor through the disk feeder. The wet sand transferred into feeding tube installed on the top of dryer machine ,then dropped into inside cylinder of dryer-middle cylinder-outsider cylinder of dryer ,finally flow to end product hopper and transferred by the other belt conveyor .

Sieve

The dry sand will be transferred on the vibrating screen to be sieved for qualified size sand .

Dedusting

The efficient performance cyclone dedust collector works actively to collect dust pollution. 

And also the water mist type dust removal was adopted at the same time, then dust removal rate is up to 99%,  and the working environment is clean and tidy.

Patented design three return program dryer. Compared with ordinary drying machine, energy saving is 30%, efficiency is increased by 50% .
