Introduction of screw conveyor
Screw Conveyor is a new type of transporting equipment, which use rotary screw vane to push material continuously in closed housing with round section.
It is applicable to transport various kinds of loose material such as power, granular and small piece material, for example: clay powder, pulverized coal, cement, sand, grain, small piece of coal, cobble and cast iron filings, etc.
It is not applicable to transport material with high viscosity, easy to be curdled. 

Working Principle of screw conveyor
Screw conveyor can transport with the help of rotating spiral blade, or by spiral side and the tank that itself can rotate. The powder material used in concrete mixing plant (tower) is transmitted by screw conveyor, by controlling the spiral blade rotation and stop to control the powder material feeding, the conveyor must be conducted in a completely sealed cavity body, in order to avoid polluting the environment and conveying material be affected agglomerate with damp, generally adopts tubular screw conveyor to transport cement and compound material. 

Features of screw conveyor
In general, Auger conveyors are at a certain angle to work, the angle up to 45. A larger angle can be up to 60 °. The different length of the screw conveyor can be got by increasing or reducing the standard sections, but the length of each screw should not exceed the maximum length of 14 m. Spiral relay can be used in longer transported distances.
